Our Story

For generations our family has been tied to this land — so much so that a local street bears our name. Today, as the new generation, we chose to honour this story by bringing Voglia di Pizza to life.

Family, warmth and uniqueness are the pillars of who we are. Search "Voglia di Pizza" on Google and the word that comes up most often is warmth: we are proud of it, because it is a value rooted deep in our history. Just as our great-grandfather Benedetto once cycled for miles to care for his patients, today we care for you through food.

Our offering is a continuous journey. We never settle: we select only DOP and IGP certified ingredients and respect nature's timing with 48 hours of natural fermentation.
